Not exactly sure how this works. I wanted to convert a pdf to a docx, but its not showing up in my download folder, or in the same folder as the original doc. If I can make this work it will be 5 STARS.

You are out of your mind if you think this software is worth 40$ every month unfortunately all these services are ran by dirtbags who boast an A from the BBB but think they can justify about 520$ a year for a pdf editing service you can get cheaper elsewhere with just as many (if not more) features. Pathetic.
