I’m impressed with customer service! I recently bought 4 pair of jeans and wanted to return 2. When I clicked on “Returns” it said that one of the 4 pair could not be returned because it was a “final sale item”. It must have been marked as such when I bought it, but I noticed no such thing and would never have bought something that I hadn’t tried on if I knew it couldn’t be returned! I sent an email to customer service. Within 24 hours I received an email that the problem had been solved. Sure enough, when I clicked on “returns” the item was now returnable. Good customer service!

Liverpool jeans are now the only jeans I buy. This is my fourth pair, and like the others, they magically fit right. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 this time is that the first time I wore this pair, I discovered a tiny hole in the upper leg. I had already removed the tags, so it was too late to return them. Hopefully I can find a way to prevent the hole from getting bigger!

I love these jeans. they are my new go to favorite pairs. I've bought 3 of them! The fit is amazing, they are super comfy and the quality it great. I am a size 10 and this is the best fitting jeans I've found. I like that the waist is slightly higher than a mid-rise but, not a full high rise. The length is perfect for flats or heals and the color is deep and rich. I would recommend these jeans to anyone that is looking for a flattering fit with enough stretch to keep that fit all day long.
