The Keeper is an excellent easy fit boyfriend jean but getting the right size can take a little work. Recommend sizing down.

I am 5' 6", 135 lbs, long-waisted, short legged, and pear shaped with a 27 inch waist and 38 inch hips. I can typically wear a 6, splitting the difference between a smaller waist and larger hips with the right cut and a little stretch.

My first Keeper purchase was a 6 and they were a little large the first time I put them on, but became very large as they stretched out over the course of a couple of hours.

The cut is perfect for a pear, with the higher waist avoiding the dreaded back gap and the looser fit allowing movement in the hips/thighs. They do not look sloppy loose, but just loose enough to be comfortable. Length wise these hit me right at the ankle. I roll the leg to avoid them appearing too short. The button fly is flat and the lack of distressing will probably lengthen the life of these jeans. They wash and dry without any shrinkage.

Overall, an excellent purchase, but it is probably necessary to size down at least one size, more if you are slim in the hip or leg.

I’ve been purchasing Liverpool jeans for a few years now. The girlfriend/boyfriend for jeans are the best! Great fit and and good choice in washes. I particularly like the darker wash on the Keeper boyfriend jeans and also the button fly. Will definitely buy another pair in this fit.
