Love these shorts! The stretch is very comfortable, the rise is magic - it brings in the waist area without discomfort. My size can be a 6-8 (27-28) depending on the brand - for these I ordered a 6/28 and they are perfect. Also know that the material is quality and there is no see-thru. I also ordered one of the denim colors. (In case it's helpful: I am 5'7"; 136 lbs). Highly recommend - in fact my sister and sister-in-law each purchased one or more because I told them the waist was "magic". :-)

I am in LOVE with Liverpool jeans!! They are my go-to brand! I have 2 pair of high-rise skinny jeans and recently bought the ones pictured here, also high-rise. They are so comfortable and I love how the wide waist band smooths out the rolls around my middle. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs. and the size 8 fits me perfectly. I will never buy another brand of jeans!!
