This pair I received was damaged. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to go through the return process. I didn't get to it within the 30 days so no refund, even though I had notified them upon receipt with images of the damage. I just ordered another pair because the ones I had gotten through Nordstrom had lasted for years before any issues They are great pants when not damaged. I just hope these are manufactured better or will be finding an alternative.
