I like this skirt a lot, I have three of them, I'm 5'8 145, 44, fairly in shape. I normally wear a 28 in their jeans or a size 8, same for this skirt. But if you have narrow hips you could maybe go smaller, I have a wider hip and this is good. Of the three this one is the least slimming but I still love the pattern. The blue plaid and the black and gold/yellow are a bit more flattering. I have loved all the bottoms I've bought from this company! Happy I found them.
