I couldn't tell by fiber content or description whether this was a jean style or jean-like fabric. I didn't want jean-like fabric. I have an old pair of Liverpool that was a jean style but a stretchy fabric I wanted to replace. This jean is actually jean fabric and style. Gave them to my daughter and she loves then, but too jean-y for work for me.
