Had what I wanted and processed very quickly. Had seen this item in a boutique last week while out of town. They didn't have my size, so I thought I would try on line. SO happy they had it. Can hardly wait to get it!!

Simple to use. I took a bit of time to order hoping for a first time discount code. It finally came and order has been made. Looking forward to receiving my order.

Your e-chat help was really bad. No help available for a week from a human. I asked about sizing and your auto-answers came back with information on returns. So I needed to order multiple sizes of the same thing to see what would fit... which means I'll need to ship returns. No good for either you or me. However, I've recently bought several liverpool items at bloomingdales and really liked them. Looking forward to this package arrival.

My shirt arrived with a significant fabric flaw right on the front of the shirt, so I want to return it. I called and left a message; no response after 2 days. They don't make the return information easy to find after an order has been placed, which is very frustrating.

I have ordered 5 pairs of jeans with Liverpool before this latest order and I am very happy with them. Also, the website makes it very easy to order which I appreciate.

Love the fit. I have several pairs of Liverpool jeans that I received through Stitch Fix and they all fit great. Decided to order directly and was pleased with the process. Thanks for having so many petite options!!

I had trouble with your website. Put two items into the Cart but when I went to check out, the Cart was empty. This happened twice; third time I was able to order.
