Great, I am shopping the site on a Saturday. I had a question, is there a jean that fits like the "bermuda short". I like the fit of the Chloe Pull-on Bermuda eco. But I could not get an answer and no available "live" person to chat with on Saturday. It's OK, but I would have ordered jeans if I could have gotten an answer.

took several tries to add my email address to get the promo. input box would not allow me to type anything. I had to close it and return to it several times before it would accept my email

I tried to contact someone right after I ordered to try to change the size as I ordered a 0 instead of an 8. I tried to cacel the order and was told I couldn't. So as soon as I receive it I will send it back.

Had i known i could have gotten the same Chloe white shorts from stitch fix for $58 with no shipping i would have ordered from them. You have lost me as a customer. Please remove me from ALL texts, emails and correspondence in the future. I am a personal trainer. I know customer service. Ive been in my own business for 22 years and not with a gym. Your customer service is arrogant and unfriendly.

I was told over $100 free shipping and I had to pay$12 shipping because when I hit check out it recalculated and didnât give me the opportunity to use the free shipping like when I ordered it. So i feel that was a false advertisement or promotion you were offering. I never selected 2 day it automatically did it for me and would not let me do it. So big dumps down for having to have to pay $12 when I live Los Angeles county and paying $12 and not in one of the non states for free shipping
