Website speed better than Victoria Secret, DSW, American Eagle, but still a lag when selecting options. I can't tell if it worked, I click again, and then it undoes the selection - so learned patience is required. Today I was looking for pants; and I wish there were more filters for finding the right pants. You show every pant, in every color, which is confusing – I wish it was the one style > click for more colors. And/or, if the filters were more helpful – e.g., I'm looking for pants that have functional pockets because I'm a normal woman who needs pockets, I wish I could filter around for features like "low waist" "functional pockets" "2 petite" so I can quickly find what selection I have to choose from.

I utilized the Try Before You Buy program and I checked out and returned my items before the 7 day trial period ended. But I was charged for the entire purchase after the fact. I returned every item from my order and requested an exchange of sizes on one item but I was charged more than the price of the one item so now I have to call to get this fixed. Disappointed in the Try Before You Buy experience.
