I will never shop with Liverpool again. I had an awful experience with their customer service. I love their jeans but will never buy from their website again.

The two woman who were on the Chat were very helpful and patient as they each, at separate times, suggested various jeans that had the specific features I requested. I also received an email explaining which of the series of numbers on the label of jeans I own are the style numbers.
Thank you both!

Doesn’t look like the 20% discount was not applied in my purchase during checkout. I am returning this item.

Difficulty setting up an account. I gave up on the reward and just paid full price.
