My actual shopping experience was excellent. When I slipped on my new jeans I was in love. Until I got to my destination and I looked down and I noticed the seam was split.Since they were not tight they obviously were delivered defective and I would like to return them and get another pair. How do I do that?

No one had courtesy to speak to me about wrong size. No matter all the texting I could not change size even though I called before sending. Absolutely terrible communication situation
