I had a problem with my order and wanted to cancel it. I called, left a voicemail, and I emailed asking to cancel the order. I now see that the order has shipped. Still no response from the phone call or email. This is incredibly disappointing.

The site would be much better if it had better search and filter functions on the mobile site. It was pretty difficult to find certain items or filter for just my size

Good! Bought 5 items for my daughter. The zebra jacket ran huge so we returned it. Ordered a black quilted jkt to replace but did not get the 20% discount when I hit submit! Waiting to hear back about that. Gia glider one size too big so exchanging for a size smaller.

Terrible customer service. I left 2 messages and sent emails 2 days ago. I was trying to cancel this order now I will have to send it back when it arrives. The discount code did not work for the 50% off. I ordered accidentally at full price.

The purchase page was very strange and when I hit complete order nothing happened. I was very worried my card info was being stolen after trying the PayPal and the Amazon Pay option. Finally it loaded differently and let me just use my credit card.
