Received a pair of Liverpool Trousers from another vendor, but needed a different size the vendor did not have. So glad I found the website to shop direct - saw a lot of styles I loved!

I was supposed to receive 20% off of my first order. However that did not show up on the confirmation page. Can that be corrected please?

terrible ordering process. I tried to get the first time customer 20% off and it wouldn't let me do it. I tried 3 times. No discount as first time ordering customer. Plus, I had to re-enter my card info 3 times any finally took it. Very taxing. Hope the jacket is better than the ordering process.
