I tried to use your installment method of payment. I put in my correct info and the system said they couldn't verify my information. I obviously know who I am and know my correct birthdate. So I woasn't allowed to use your installment payment that was offered at check out.

I disliked the fact that it accepted a 25% off coupon code and calculated the new total, then after I went to payment, it then said that I could not use that code. It should not have calculated the new cost if it wasn’t going to accept the code to begin with.
