No customer service ......was returning a first time order and wanted to re apply my 20% discount to the re order. Called at least five times...unacceptable
Time was of the essence and so was forced to pay full price for the new order.

I tried calling twice during work hours to have an answer to my question before I placed my order. I was disappointed I could not speak with a live person nor could I find a chat as indicated I could do on the recorded phone message when I called. I wanted to make certain the multi panel denim skirt, color Darwin Pure, has a fray hemline which it didn't state in the description but looks like it has in the online picture whereas the multi panel denim skirt, color Briarwood, states it has a fray hem but doesn't look like it has in the online picture. I want the Darwin Pure color and I also want the fray hemline and I wish I could have had the support available I needed to clear that up for myself.

This is the best blazer! The fit is great, not boxy and manly. I have been looking for a blazer like this for a long time. I will buy more!!
