Easy to shop on website and easy check out. In addition, sale prices were good and I could use my points. Thank you!

There was an advertised SPRING40 promo code yet when I tried to use it, it would not work. Fortunately, the online agent helped me receive the discount, but it is very confusing and not entirely ethical. I am guessing only certain colors were supposed to be on sale, but this is not apparent. If one selects to shop in the sale area as advertised, this is where one should be taken in your online store.

I didn’t get the spring 40 discount.

I had 7 items in my cart, 2 of which reflected a discount applicable when I added to my cart. Upon checkout and applying the discount, it would only apply to one of the applicable items (should have resulted in an additional $39.20 savings). Otherwise, transaction smooth and easy.

Super happy to have discovered Liverpool! Years ago I learned a valuable lesson: if you find something you really love, buy another as most likely you’ll wear it out (or stain it horribly). This applies not just to shoes but clothes as well!

I am very annoyed that I was not allowed to use the LOVELP20 discount code on the $200+ order I just placed. Said it had already been used, which it hasn’t.
