the express checkout (Shop pay) is mysterious to me - I placed my order but it didn't go through. Luckily you sent me an email the next day that items were left in my cart so I could finalize the purchase today. The duplication of effort was the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Entered a coupon code and it finished the sale without me knowing if the discount applied

I was not ready to place the order. I had a f Discount code that gave me $19.60 off and I tried to use the reward for $15 that a pop up said I had. I guess it took out the $19.60 discount and gave me the $15 one instead. In addition, I wanted to do the four payment option, but inadvertently clicked on submit order before any of those changes could be made!
