Very poor website as the 20% offer was never available, I called the company yesterday and the girl that answered could not help, so I asked for a return call from a supervisor and I am still waiting!!! Very poor customer service. As my grand daughter had requested these jeans for her birthday I had no option but to go ahead and purchase them!

I came to your site after finding a pair of your shorts on the Nordstrom’s website that interested me but they no longer had my size available. I wish your site included reviews of your products, but fortunately I had read the reviews on the Nordstrom website. Using your website was quite easy. I’m looking forward to seeing what my experience will be with your order fulfillment/delivery as well as how your product works for me.
