I was looking for a specific size of jeans and shorts, size 14. Your filters are set up so that if the jean is sold in the size, it shows when I filter. However, in the shorts I tried every single pair said it was sold out. It was a frustrating shopping experience where I wasted time. It would have been great if the filtering didn't display jeans where the size 14 was filled out OR there was another filtering option saying, "I only want to see available/in stock items".
Another frustration is that I'm living in Canada but shipping within the US. I figured out how to do it in the end with Amazon Pay, but the experience with credit card and Paypal was frustrating. Even if you can't ship to Canada, it would be great if you could figure out the payments system to allow shopping from other geos that's shipped within the US.

The website had a few quirks that make is less user friendly. 1. you have to look at each color of men's shorts individually, as in click on a color, look at it, click back out and then click another color. Would be better if I clicked on the shorts and could scroll through all colors on the same page like other sites (even this site has the dropdown but doesn't list all colors. Also when I put my Loyalist points in then also put a discount code, I tried to back out of the discount code and just use the points but it said my points were redeemed and wouldn't reapply the loyalist discount even though I hadn't actually redeemed them yet. Had to call customer service to fix and give a new code. Website should not erase points until the order is submitted. Otherwise a good experience
