I thought I was getting a $20 or 20% discount as a new first time customer. Instead, I got $15 discount. Confusing, Frustrating.

tracking of order is poor. Expectation is to have a tracking number in 24 hours, which does not occur. Web site wants person to download phone app, which is just another security concern. There should be a simple web page that provides order status.

Very frustrated as I did not get the 30% discount that I was given to use. They said it had already been used. I was actually given 2 discounts 1 for a missing package and 1 for a damaged item.
I will be sending the entire order back because I was planning on using this discount.

It was seamless with the exception of this - having an open end question requirement. Goes down to 3 stars.
