I love your clothes but I signed up for text messages today to get the 20% coupon. When I entered the code (LOVELP20) at checkout I got an error message that the code had already been used. Disappointing. Can you adjust my order total to reflect the discount? Thank you.

I found an item that I really like, and the check-out experience was very positive. I've also found that Liverpool's customer service is excellent.

I wasn’t given my 25% discount when I checked out. It said it had automatically been put in when I started to check out. It even showed toe price. Then when I checked out it was the full price. So I was very surprised and disappointed. I contacted customer service abs talked to Alaynna . She is trying to help with the problem. I so appreciate it . Wonderful customer service and company.
