I applied my points reward to get $15.00 off or so I thought but it did not take the discount off. I would have given 5 stars had I received the discount as it appeared. So now where did the $15.00 go. I also applied the discount LOVELP20 and it was applied. No where did it state only one discount per order. Needless to say...a bit disappointing. Thank you,

I signed up for text messaging to receive 15% off my first order which the message said would be automatically applied at checkout. Since there was no discount code given to enter, I assumed the message was legit and it would be automatically applied when I checked out. It was not.
