The website was easy to navigate. I am tall. So I selected "tall" from yhe menu. I bought my first pair of these jeans from Nordstroms Rack. They fit my short crouch perfectly and the quality is awesome.

I had a discount code that was applied in the beginning of the transaction, but removed by the time the transaction was completed. When I entered the code again, I got a message that said the code had already been applied, but it hadn't.

I still have not received my order. Can someone help me? I would like a refund....as the event I wanted to wear the shirt for has 'come and gone'.

The “spin the wheel” indicated I would get 20% off. But at checkout it said I already used it. That was from my first order.
