My first time ordering from Liverpool. Everything on the website is really easy to get to. I had to contact Customer Service because it was my first time ordering and I could not get my 20% off code and she was very nice and helpful.

you asked for my email and promised 20% off on first order. That 20% is not reflected in my payment. Please make good on your offer.

Love the clothing but the website kept putting and taking out items in my cart. Message would say "out of stock" then it would be in the cart anyway, and then other items would just disappear, then the whole cart disappeared after spending 40 minutes selecting items. Hmmm. Very frustrating.

Very easy to navigate this site and there's no lag. I give 4 stars because there's not enough variety here... I wish some of these items were available in plus size and I wish others were in stock! I wish I could have found more items in my size.

Great website. Only disappointment was several items were sold out. Would have ordered 3 or 4 pairs of jeans if available.
