Hi Customer service, I saw the 1st time buyer markdown. And thought that I was supposed to use the coupon code that was sent to me by a text. Only it never worked after I tried it. I also tried to do a chat with someone. Only no one was available.

I found what I wanted and LOVE. The answer bot is kinda cheesy and it took way to long to connect to a human so I left before I could get my question answered.

Excited to get my new jacket from Liverpool. Signed up as a loyalist and got $15 off my order so that was a bonus.
