I followed instructions and was sent a 20% discount code but when I entered it at checkout, it said it had already been used. Not a great way to start shopping with you. Disappointed!

Twice I tried to put in a 20% code for accepting texts and it never worked so I was charged full price.

I signed up on the mailing list so I could get 10% off my first order. But, I never was given any kind of discount code. I tried using the chat function on the webpage, requesting a "human" response but no person ever entered the chat. So, I don't think the website and the service was up to snuff here and will remove myself from the mailing list.
