Would not give me the promo. Cool40 did not work even though you advertised it. I got to use my reward, but it kept telling me cool40 was not valid. I should be able to use both and not be penalized because I have a reward. It’s a reward, not a penalty.

Your mobile ux is not good. Spend the money and higher a mobile designer - i guarantee it’s costing you sales. I just want to know when my jeans are arriving and it’s been 5 minutes of cancelling this form and refreshing pages. If i hadn’t already placed an order, I’d be on to the next.

I love your products and ordering was straightforward and easy; however, not shipping to Alaska is almost a deal breaker. I really don't understand why this cannot be done. I have to reroute the order through a relative in the lower 48. I will be happy to pay more for shipping if that is the issue. I would like to keep ordering from your website.

These pair are not made with the same quality my first ones were. Seams are sewn badly and missing areas on top stitch. I don't have time to return them but won't be purchasing again.

Website is easy to navigate. Shipping to Alaska would have made my shopping experience easier.
