I was supposed to be able to use this discount code my first order. I was sent the wrong color and size. Was told I can’t exchange but sent back items. Now when I go to use the coupon code I can’t get the discount for the correct item.

Couldn’t exchange size via the returns portal because the size was listed as “out of stock” however on the website you had every size in stock! So I couldn’t just conveniently process an exchange I had to make two separate orders and lost my 1st purchase discount! Rude! I even called customer service during their service hours three times, left two voicemails, and two separate emails... and no one will respond. Terrible customer service!
