It would be so much more helpful if it was possible to talk to a person directly about an issue instead of trying to communicate through other unsatisfactory means! I had an issue with a discount code not working when I was trying to make a purchase. I tried calling the company's phone number and leaving a message for 2 days before getting an email reply. When I replied to the email, it was still another day before I got an answer. I was given a new code to use and that was successful although that discount was for 15% off instead of $15 off which the first code was supposed to be for. The second code worked so I took it but rather frustrating transaction.

Not very satisfied with customer service at this time. Have always had success in good customer service but not this time. I realize things have slowed down but this has been exceptionally not a good experience. Thank you!
