It was a great experience ordering 6 items through Liverpool's "try for free" program. I love their jeans in particular but now have one of their jean jackets. While I only ended up keeping 2 out of the 6 items it gave me a chance to try different sizes and different styles without paying for everything up front. What a great program! Thank you Liverpool!!!

I emailed yall with a request of a certain style. The very next day yall emailed me back stating you no longer had that particular pair but did have a pair very similar. I ordered them, they came to me second day air...AND I LOVE THEM. FANTASTIC SERVICE! and thank you

New to this brand, and loved what I got but sizing was large for me. The smaller sizes are sold out, but the return process was so easy. Everyone was very nice as well. Will buy this brand again in smaller sizes next time!

Maranda was very helpful when I had some queries . It would help if tracking advice is provided as this was my first purchase from this site I was a little unsure of delivery details .

These Sadie Straight jeans are great, fit my body better than any others. I got a pair in dark and also the cropped embroidered lighter wash version--now spring can really get here! I'm 5'8", 152 lbs, 62 years old, and the size 10 is perfect

I feel bad about leaving this review. I like your product very much but my experience in ordering online and working with your customer service team was not helpful. There are a number of things that went wrong with my order and they have got to be costing you money. I see a number of ways to improve.

5 stars.
One suggestions, it would be nice to have the jeans available in 33" inseams for women 5'6" and taller.
Thank you.

Very satisfied with my purchase however encountered issues with the order process. While I received confirmation that my order had been received on the Liverpool site, a follow up email was promised with shipping and tracking details. After about 10 days (my bad for not catching it earlier), I emailed customer service who promptly replied with the shipping and tracking information. This was a one time incident- other interactions and orders with Liverpool have been flawless.
