Love the idea of Try before you buy!

I called customer service with questions about the "try now" service. I received amazing help with product sizing and color and the "try now" is wonderful. Order what you want to try and pay for only what you keep. Return shipping is free!

not good - return is difficult since I want to exchange for different style and have to return and then reorder - paid with a gift card that I no longer have so worried I'll not be able to use refund. I do not recommend your company because of this

I found it very easy to shop on this webpage. I was able to ask for petite sizes, and I didn’t have to scroll through all the other things.

I was text messaging yesterday with a member of your team, Sarah, trying to figure out two-day shipping as I need my items quickly. Sarah assured me she would get back to me, but she never did. I placed my order #284886 this morning, Shopify said two-day shipping, but checkout should Ground. If shipped by Ground, my items will not arrive in time. Are you able to check on this order and change shipping to Ground? Thank you
