shopping experience was great. However, I was trying to use the 7 day free trial period but could never figure out how to use it.

I was supposed to get 20% off for signing up for emails BUT the order went directly to billing at full price.

Oh my! These are hands down my favorite jeans. Keep their shape so great. I was afraid they wouldn’t be worth the $ but they sure are!!

Had multiple problems with my order. First promo code not being applied. Took WEEKS to get it corrected. Then had an item that the fit was off (ran large) and I wanted to return and they said it was final sale yet that was not noted when I purchased or on my receipt and the item is still for sale on the website. Have been going round and round for WEEKS again trying to get this resolved. No response to email and tried to text to resolve they told me to email. Now I'm calling. WAY TOO MUCH WORK TO ORDER FROM THEM DIRECTLY! And based on the customer service experience likely WILL NOT ORDER from them again. Also - ordered during their inventory period in December and didn't receive the order until February! I know they said it would start to ship after 1/17 so they must have been backed up. But now I'm going back and forth on all of this for MONTHS. NOT WORTH IT!
