Love your product. Would have been happier if the 40% discount had applied!

I love the Liverpool product, but their marketing is very misleading.

I was horrified to find that you have my credit card info and I've never used or heard of your company until last night.

I tried to ask a question about the fit of an item through the online chat. I waited over 30 minutes and no one ever answered despite the message you were connecting me.

I JUST discovered Liverpool jeans. The Piper Hugger Skinny jean - THE perfect fit for me, FINALLY! Was extra excited to find a Black Friday deal on these. Looking forward to exploring more styles. Will be a loyal customer from here on out!!!!!

I shopped in the "take 40% off sale section. At checkout, the 40% was not applied to my order. I had ordered other items and removed all from the cart except the "sale" item I purchased.

Love Liverpool! However the site never loads any items. I have to refresh the page a ton to load images. Or I have to close my tan and open a new one to get things to load. Kinda frustrating.
