It was impossible to change the shipping speed that was advertised on the website. I should have been able to pay $12 for 2 day shipping with UPS. I will be returning my product as it won't arrive before the wedding now.

I ordered 3 items two and 1/2 weeks ago. They haven’t even shipped yet! Shipping will take an additional five days. I have contacted customer service, and all they can tell me is the received a lot of orders because they had a sale! Are you kidding me? It’s been 2 1/2 weeks! And they can’t tell me when it will ship! Terrible experience! Will never place another order with them.
