Every time I try to track my order this window pops up, forcing me to review. Sick & tired of popups…no ine cares o be a mouse in the maze. Now that this is done, let’s see if the package can be tracked. Earlier, it wasn’t allowing me in with the email, the irder number, or both. Yet another hoop to jump through.

I love their jeans but their customer service is nonexistent! I ordered two pairs of the same pants online and I received the order fairly quickly but there was ONLY ONE PAIR of JEANS IN THE PACKAGE! I have reached out to customer service via text 2 times, by email once and with both I get the standard reply we will get back to you. I called yesterday and left a message after sitting on hold for 40 minutes and so far no response. I just want them to send me the second pair of jeans that I paid for and that show were shipped together with the pair that I did receive.

I really just want to know the status of my order and when you think it will ship? It’s been a bit , 4 days. Most ship out in a day or two, or least they say your your is being prepared… ready to ship… and shipped.
