They sent me a key for Windows 8.1 that when I tried to use, Windows said it was already activated. 4 days later after repeated phone calls and e-mails I am still waiting for a resolution. Stay away from this shady group. Spend a little more and get genuine software/licenses.

tOOK QUITE SOME TIME, BUT THE ISSUE OF BEING ABLE TO LOG ON AND MAKE "USER AND PW" WORK TO DOWNLOAD ONLINE MS OFFICE 395, BUT ALL WAS RESOLVED AND ALL OF PROGRAMS FUNCTIONING AS DESIRED
USE OF TEAM VIEWER PROGRAM AND NOTEBOOK TO COMMUNICATE WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE, BUT APPEARED THAT TECH SUPPORTING ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER WAS WORKING SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AT ONE TIME, AS THERE WERE LONG DELAYS BETWEEN COMMUNICATIONS AND RESOLVES WITH ACCOMPLISHING THE LOG ON AND USE OF PW TO ACHIEVE THE ASSESS AND FUNCTIONING OF THE MS OFFICE 395 PROGRAM AND ALL ITS COMPONENTS
