Excellent experience buying my new bike. I went to the store to pick up my bike. The bike was assembled when I got there. They encouraged me to try out the bike In the parking lot. They also helped me load it. Reese and Dan were excellent to work with. Kudos to M2S!!!

Ordered a bike online that showed in stock . Was told it wasn’t actually in stock and that the website was not correctly showing inventory . Took 3 1/2 weeks to get bike which was a bummer . All customer service interactions were very professional and timely . Other than the website inventory being incorrect and waiting so long to get the bike everything else was pleasant .

The mobile and online version are different and switching between was not easy. I couldn't find the accessories we wanted on the mobile site so had to switch for purchase. We signed up for the mobile and were promised a discount but that didn't transfer when we made the purchase online. The bike is great however!

Phenomenal customer service. Ordered a bike that was out of stock, but supposed to be in stock and shipped in time for me to make an elk hunt out west. Shipping got delayed so they were able to offer me a replacement bike that was delivered in time for my hunt. Bike worked great in the mountains. It actually has too MUCH power. Sean was the person who helped me and he was terrific. He answered lots of questions and was able to get everything taken care of. Overall, probably one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.
