Let me preface this by saying I am in no way endorsed by Maple-hosting.

The support included with products and services matter a lot to me, so much that with most things I purchase I'm happy to pay a bit over market price if I'm paying for good service.

It would be hard to choose anyone besides Maple-hosting for your hosting needs with the support they offer.

I actually use Maple-hosting as an example whenever I'm telling people about how much service matters and how I love buying anything internet related which is very international, there's so much competition on these sorts of markets and like with everything, you've got to offer something the others can't. Whether it be lower price, better products or...great service.

It just so happens service is the most overlooked aspect of most businesses sadly and not many seem to realize just how big of a part it is in your marketing.

Ofcourse we shouldn’t however overlook the other important aspects of every srrvice such as this one, the product itself and the price. Both of which Maple-hosting nails, their price is competitive when you look at other top grade hosting providers along with offering such fluid experience that I’ve never even gone as far as thinking about my server performance when with Maple-hosting, it’s that good.

Everything just works, and in the rare case something doesn’t, from my experience it will be working within 10minutes of posting your ticket.

To sum it up I rate this service a solid 5/5 stars.

Thanks for the awesome support!

I've had a variety of websites with a variety of hosting companies down the years and they've ranged from the good, the bad and the downright ugly.

This host stands head and shoulders above them all. I've only been a customer a short while but I've already leaned heavily on their support which has been absolutely outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
