Hello everyone , I would like to share my experience with Maple-Hosting with everyone here. Overall the experience was great. Sure there is some point that need to be worked on ( Like every company ) but overall I think it's a great company. Setup time : Minimum 8hours( that the less it took me) Max : up to 18 hours ( that is the most it took.) Customer support : Fastest: less then 5 min when contacting their critical support department. Longest wait : approx 5 hours when contacting them with low priority requests. Product Overall : Platinum Dedicated: Very stable , actually only had a few little problems that I caused when messing around with the OS, but Maple- Hosting Kindly Fixed it for me in less then a day. Performance: Platinum Dedicated: 9/10 <- Pretty good performance, especially the network. Cant say too much about it since I bought low end CPU :] Ive been with them for a while now and I dont think im going anywhere, strongly recommended!
