Abu Garcia Max Pro SP30 Spinning Reel
Bought this very cheap ($40) on special, to go on light travel rod. Handled a couple of fat kahawai quite well on its first outing. I'm happy enough with it for the price.

Okuma Surf Rockaway RBF-8000 Spinning Baitfeeder Reel
Ok, I am really liking this reel. It wights 586grams (super light) and has a 123cm line retrieve. Being a 8k reel it holds a super amount of braid. The bait feeder function works well and the reel seems well built. In fact, I like this reel so much, I will be picking up another when they are back on sale once again. The service from Marine deals (Alex) was second to none and the shipping times are legendary. Tight lines Team.

Shakespeare rods are a favorite of mine and this rod looks great. Haven't used yet but I'm sure it will preform to the usual Ugly stik reputation. Packaging was good and delivery was super fast. A no fuss deal very happy thanks.

Swazi Micro Fleece Long Sleeve Top
Bought this on a whim after passing through the Swazi store. Turned out to be a gem. Not only light and packs down small for the hike, but super warm as a base layer or for kicking around the hut. I like the longer cut so there is no riding up if you are active. I got home from the hike and have been wearing it non-stop as the weather cools.

A couple of extra spacers would be handy one being 5x8x2mm and the other 7x9x1mm

Gomexus EVA/Aluminium Reel T-Bar Handle 85mm Black
Just received 100mm power knob for my Shimano Talica 12, 2 speed reel. With some stuffing around with spacers and bearings supplied along with what came out of the old knob managed to make it work does have slight movement but with more tinkering might be able to improve on it. Overall should do the job.

Ran a little big, but works if you've got a plait or a bun under it. Ferociously warm, love that it folds down to cover my neck too.
