Black Shag Merino Mens Long Sleeve Thermal Top 190gsm XL
I needed a merino top for compulsory equipment in an ultra marathon. This was an ideal weight and ideal for layering. Price wise about half what was available for similar tops elsewhere

Berkley Pro Landing Net Large
Decent large net not too deep so you can hang it over the side of the boat while unhooking. The previous one suffered from fatigue cracks :). Then broke.

I underestimated the size. Not only in length, but also very little to hold onto. Works well despite this.

cheapskate as chips for the protection it offers.holds two surf casters , doesn't hold the reels, but it's the rods that do the work.
