the thermostat (on mine anyway) reads 60*C higher than the actual temp but the use of a separate oven thermometer (they're about $20 at kmart) inside it fixes the problem allowing you to dial in the actual temp as needed. If its getting too hot crack the door open slightly to fine tune the temp as required.
only other thing is the racks have wide spacing making it tricky to use some muffin tins in it. it is large enough for a 6l camp oven so you can make large baked items roasts or stews etc in it.
