Daiwa VIP 870 Overhead Boat Rod 7ft 15-40lb 1pc
I'm loving this rod, I've used it twice so far with good results, nice and sensitive but allows me to fight the fish and keep control. The triangle foregrip is just simply genius for handling the rod under load.

Shimano CT-2021 Sephia Retractable Squid Iki Spike
Personally I felt it ineffective as 1. It took a time to pull the cutter out as I need to unscrewed it, then I needed to put the cutter back and screwed it to tighten up. I don’t want it ready to use as it might pork or cut me by accident. In a safety wise I don’t recommend it.
I bought Letoyo squid nerve cutter again and I am very satisfied with it.

Reel comes loose

Bite Boat Longline Set
Had a few issues with the reel becoming loose, because the nut holding the reel to pole is on the inside of the pole and is hard to get spanner on to tighten, needs to be through bolted
