This simple block of synthetic rubber stops trailer frame strike at the bow of my boat when I am driving along the highways and rough back country roads. Before this, I used blocks of wood/plastic and was never really happy about the front end bounce. Now I can turn up my car CD player and enjoy the trip, free of annoying clanking. So for me it has been a great buy!

Used a 100gram slider with the jelly baby in 40mtrs to 60 mtrs and it was insanely good with many snapper in the 12 to 17 pound range plus John Dory and Granddaddy Hapuka landed on that one rig over 3 days. By the end of the weekend the slider head was chewed to pieces with no paint or eyes left but the jelly baby was only slightly damaged on a couple if tentacles so they are pretty robust to take that sort of a beating from decent sized Northland pannies.
