Spiderwire EZ Braid Moss Green 150m 30lb
I have used spider wire before in the 90 Mile Snapper Classic and yes it has proven to be good tuff reliable line - if a snapper farts when it passes by you will feel it, but make sure you tie your knots properly if you are using backing or a shock trace, because it will make your foo foo valve pucker if one marches off towing your line out to sea! - check out You Tube "The 90 Mile Snapper Classic 2008 dream team." Cheers Charles

Okuma X-Factor Softbait Rod 7ft 6-10kg 2pc
Well it's simply great value for the money! I like it because not only is it a very strong (composite can take the knocks better) but it's light weight as well! On top of that the fittings are good and the rod has the power when needed to handle heavy fish! For those of you that hate having to play a big fish with the rod held under the arm - sorry no gimbal notch in the butt like all the rest! But a tip - take the pin out of your gimble belt holder! Cheers Morry
