I just got myself a 2nd Mosgiel, after having worn my 1st blue/black one for the last 10 years (and going). What I like about the shirt, or coat really, is it's naturalness -solid wool- and it's weight. Warm in the bush and keeps out the cold Wellington winter wind. I now chose the navy version, a bit more acceptable as a daily winter jacket in the city. But, the best thing, it fits right in with my beret(s): similar "simplicity" and effectiveness, same natural material, a perfect match!

This is brilliant. I've always wanted one like this since I went to school in the mountains in 1979. Yes I'm giving away my age. I stay active and enjoy cross country skiing. I plan to give this a real workout. I like the extra long fit, it keeps me warm where it needs to on the lower back. Congratulations, keep it up. If it had a lining it would be 5 stars from me, but I will be wearing plenty under it anyway in the snow when I'm hut hopping.

Our dog loves this coat. He wears it at night to keep the cold off. After a couple of days of getting used to it, he now sits quietly at dusk waiting for it to be put on. I am not sure how to wash it though.

Super warm gloves. They are warm enough down to around -10C, but after a while the fleece gets worn through. Not so quickly that I don't feel I have got value for money though. Certainly handy if you live in a cold climate and find you need two pairs of gloves for the cold. Highly recommended.
