Great reel! Larger than your average baitcaster - so loads of line capacity. Casts really, really well - the drag system is excellent and easily tuned. Huge amount of drag (22lbs) compared with similar reels. And there are left handed and high/low speed options too. What is not to like??!

Read Alan Hawke's Review. An almost bullet-proof reel. Not water proof, or even really water resistant not so much a reel that you'd take swimming - but I've had mine apart after a few trips in the boat where it's seen some spray and a bit of wash etc. and it's sweet. You look after your gear properly, right? Well it's easier to service than a Magsealed Daiwa anyway....
Disregard the weight quoted - it's lighter. It's still heavy, but it's lighter than a 'Gosa 20K too, and although it doesn't hold quite as much line it still holds plenty, and ends up even lighter again...

This is an insane lure!! I recently bought the BARKA coloured one (Purple, Black and Clear) for trout fishing. The Best. That Purple and Black are lethal with the rattlers make it a gem. Rainbows seem to go mad for em also tried harling and deep trolling with them out on the lake with some good results. Great lure only one problem and that is its quite fat like 15mm at the widest never the less still are great and lure.

The sizing chart is accurate, I received responses to my emails the same day even though I am a long way from New Zealand. I have been able to wear my Bushshirt in a snow storm and rainstorm.
