This is my 4th Sharkskin shirt, 2 Rapid Dry & 2 chill Proof. Initial purchase was the Chill Proof for cold weather paddling in a medium size, which I found very tight. After talking with Cust Serv, I ordered a large after understanding the designed use was for diving vs paddling. It's great for paddling, as are the Rapid Dry versions. They do what I want: shed water and wind, keep me dry, warm and sun safe and the Hi Vis colors make me visible. Absolutely a great product.

Recovering from bilateral knee surgery - Yes two new knees, my husband has embraced the benefits of exercising in the local heated pool. However he is a bit of a cold frog and has found using the rashie has helped him be more comfortable and manage his body temperature better., with the onset of the cooler weather

I wanted some insulated gloves for kayak fishing and these gloves have been fantastic, great fit and the two half fingers are perfect when tying fishing line and other jobs where the full glove fingers would be difficult. Bought for my grandson's birthday because of how well mine has performed: worn for kayaking, sailing , coxing rowing - keeps out wind so I stay comfy, warm and dry, sheds spray water, prevents my arms from getting sunburnt, comfy in wide range of temperatures and super comfy to layer over a lightweight thermal singlet and longsleeve top for winter paddling. Remembering how cold and uncomfortable I've been wearing a traditional rashie, I'll never go back - Sharkskin wins hands down every time, hence why I want my grandchildren to have the best comfort and protection from the elements!

I have also worn it on a local fundraiser 10km walk and it was fantastic in protecting me from sunburn up high on the mountain top.
