The rod is fine but the reel lasted about 9 months. The anti-reverse mechanism broke while pulling in an average size Kahawai even though the reel was cleaned after every trip. Would advice if you do moderate to little fishing maybe once a month but not if you are going to fish several times a month.

Best I had in a while usually I go for kaiwaka ,360 type but these dry a lot quicker and even when wet they are light Also like that even wearing short under neath they warm.Only thing that could be looked in to is the cuff on the leg would be nice to see some sort of Velcro or some types strap that stops the pants falling under the heel of Gumboots/boots other then that love them exactly what I needed
